About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, push notifications, and creating high-converting landing pages. You will play a key role in optimizing our marketing funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
Landing Page Management: Develop and maintain conversion-focused landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Funnel Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze marketing funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.
CRM & Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation to maximize customer engagement and retention.
Push Notification Strategy: Manage and optimize in-app and web push notifications to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Team Lead to ensure alignment of messaging, campaign goals, and user experience across channels.
Data-Driven Campaigns: Use A/B testing and analytics tools to inform and refine strategies across CRM, email, and push channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and user behavior, creating regular reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or performance marketing roles.
Proven experience in email marketing and push notifications.
Strong understanding of landing page creation and marketing funnel optimization.
Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
