Job Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven Growth Specialist to spearhead the expansion of Noory app in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all growth activities, with a primary focus on performance marketing and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads)

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates


2. KPI Management:

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for all growth activities

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on KPI performance


3. Growth Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all channels

  • Identify new growth opportunities and channels to expand user base

  • Collaborate with product team to implement growth features and improve user experience


4. User Acquisition and Retention:

  • Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across various channels

  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value

  • Optimize the user journey from acquisition to conversion


5. Conversion Rate Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize conversion funnels throughout the user journey

  • Implement and test new features and campaigns to increase conversion rates

  • Work with the product team to improve in-app conversion points


6. Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate marketing budget across different channels

  • Optimize spend based on performance and ROI

  • Forecast and plan future budget needs based on growth targets



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles

  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for mobile apps

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances
