Your Mission

As the Marketing Manager at Noory, you'll lead our User Acquisition and Digital Marketing teams on a transformative path towards explosive growth. Your mission is to elevate the Noory brand as the premier digital content provider for Arab kids, making our digital library the preferred choice for families and synonymous with reading and learning across the Arabic-speaking world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy aligned with Noory’s ambitious growth objectives. 

  • Lead the brand strategy initiatives to significantly enhance Noory's identity and presence, making it the "go-to" in the market.

  • Provide clear leadership for the marketing teams, setting goals that drive both immediate wins and sustainable growth.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, prioritizing Acquisition, Conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.

  • Oversee the budget, ensuring strategic allocation across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI and support growth.

  • Compile and present detailed reports on team performance, offering actionable insights to the executive team.

  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize & ensure a cohesive and seamless customer journey across all touch-points.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and changes in consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.

  • Regularly review updates based on market analysis, balancing immediate results with strategic objectives for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Marketing Experience: At least 8 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role directly managing User Acquisition and Digital Marketing teams. Deep understanding of marketing channels and best practices is essential.

  • Experience in related industries: Experience in B2C SAAS, digital content, publishing, education sectors or kids related business is highly valued.

  • GCC Market Expertise: Must have a strong background in the Gulf market, understanding its unique consumer behavior, regulatory environment, and digital ecosystem.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable growth in user base and engagement.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in using analytics & data tools to measure performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Agility and Flexibility: Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong ability to pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback and data insights. Demonstrated flexibility in handling multiple priorities and rapid changes in the digital landscape.
